Shipping Information

Jun Duffy offers premium shipping free of charge worldwide with every order. Yes, that’s whether your item is $20 or $100.

Jun Duffy uses NZ Courier so a track and trace number will be provided for all New Zealand orders only. At this stage we are unable to provide track and trace shipping that is free of charge to international orders. Customer will be notified once the order has been received and shipping information will be sent out to you. You can track the delivery of your order on New Zealand Post website.

Customs Information

We will not be liable for any custom or import duties; the recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.


Please make sure your address and contact information are correct when placing an order. We will not be responsible for item lost due to incorrect information.

Lost Packages

We will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages by the postal service.


We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of your receipt, provided goods are returned in their original, unused condition with the original tags. We would however not be covering the shipping cost for the item to be sent back, that will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is defective we are happy to cover the shipping cost for its return.

All sales items cannot be exchanged.
